Ken,
Did you get your PB Manifold repaired?
I know where you can get a perfect Intake and Exhaust Manifold for a '32 PB.
Jerry Wells

Would this one still be available? Was there only one?

Jerry,
No. Winter came upon us too quick this year (2018) and the '32 was put away 'til Spring.
Definitely interested. Can you PM me with contact info? Otherwise, e-mail xtelav8r at comcast dot net.

Dave and Soup, Thanks for the replies. I've found a couple of welders that say they
can weld up the cracks but I haven't pulled the manifold yet. The major crack is between the #1 and #2 cylinders and it won't be an easy job. In the mean time, I am still looking for a replacement. Ken

Three of the ears on the exhaust manifold for my 1910 Chalmers Detroit were broken off and believe me they do not exist.  I had a competent welder who was used to working with cast iron make the repair and it has been in service for more than 10 years.  It's not rocket science, you just need to find the right guy.  Unfortunately, the guy I used passed away so I can't give you his contact information but there are other good  welders out there.

Ken,

When I brought my PB home 15 years ago the exhaust manifold was broken just above the pipe flange. Is that where yours is cracking? I found an outfit in California that produced them but the price was well over grand. Needless to say I didn't keep their information.

I watched ebay for about five years before one came up for the right price. I'm always watching at local events for a spare...

Cheers,

Dave

Hi Jeff, Thanks for your reply and offer.
The P6 uses a 6 cylinder motor. My '32 has
a 4 cylinder motor and your manifold would
not fit. Thanks again for your consideration.

After many miles of daily Summer use and touring, the exhaust manifold
has developed some cracks. I'm told that they're tough to repair so I'm looking
for a replacement. Bernbaum doesn't have any so I need a good used one.
Any for sale?
