Not really sure about parts for a 31 Plymouth. I have always had good luck getting parts for my 55 Plymouth at napa auto parts. Our cars are not in the computer so they have to look them up in parts books. I have found since Plymouth's are no longer in production it is easier to ask for parts for a Dodge. Also sometimes I bring my old parts with me. That way they can match them up.  I hope this helps.
