Parts book shows the same master cylinder filler plug, part number 620342, for all Plymouths from 1936 through 1940 and also for the 1941 PT125.

With respect to the "drive shaft seal", I think you are referring to the rear axle drive pinion seal, part type code 3-33-45: http://www.ply33.com/Parts/group3#3-22-45 For 1939 P7 and P8 my references shows Chrysler part number 663602: http://www.ply33.com/Parts/group3#663602 If I have that right there are a number locations to get one including NAPA.

Sorry, but I don't have information about the filler cap screw on the brake master cylinders in my online database. I guess I'll have to wait to answer that until I get back to my parts books.

I am in need of the seal in the rear end where the driveshaft goes into it- the rear Diff oil just pours out- and I also need the screw cap for the top (Filler) on the Master Cylinder-anyone have-?
