Testors is a pretty universally available hobby enamel used by plastic modelers.  Check local hobby and toy stores.  Should be availabe on line also.  The pen is a roler ball deal much like a writing pen but filled with paint.

Thanks  ;D

perhaps I'm wrong or lazy or just not pickey, but I've used the testors red paint markers that are availible everywhere on my hubcaps.

I just can't get the right look for the painted center of my hubcaps.? Any ideas for the correct red ?? The originals seem almost luminescent.
