I have their book and didn't see anything in there about a shift knob.  Do they have things that are not listed in the booklet?

Does anyone out there know where I can get a gear shift knob for my 40 Plymouth P10?  I would like an off white or a beige colored one if possible.    My knob is just cracking all apart from years of use.     Ping
