Does anyone have a source for the stainless steel welting.?  I think 1/8 " thick.

One note the article deals with the vinyl trim not sure about your car but I know the late 40's Plymouths used a stainless welting that is harder to work with and not very forgiving if you make a mistake.

Hello Member,
What is the best method to install new fender welt on a conplete restoration? Should I notch the welt at the bolts or drill holes in the welt at each bolt? How should I install welt without crimping or mis-aligning?
