This is just a stab in the dark so I might be off a little.
I would say that any 41/48 Dodge/Plym would have the same win reg. They would have to be from a like body style, 4 dr/4 dr...coupe/coupe, etc..
It could also be very likely that the win reg's from a '40 would fit the later cars.
