I looked at the pictures on E-Bay. The dash was modified and additional gauges added...It looks like a lot of work.  It would look good with a small block 360 roller cam in it...Don  but saying that here might be blasphmey...... :D

Thanks for responding. If you check eBay now, there is a 1933 PC r/s coupe up for auction. There is a pretty good pic of the dash. It is probably like yours. It appears the large left gauge is oil pressure (cannot see well), the large right one is speedometer, the small top one gasoline, and the bottom small one amps. There is also a gauge to the left of the steering column that appears original, and it appears to be temperature. I could be wrong, but you can check it. Just go to eBay and search under "1933 plymouth."

My 33 P.C. Rumble seat coupe had plain pull knobs for the Throttle and Choke.  The knob for the Free Wheeling was labeled around the outside edge with the words "Free Wheeling"...Don

One Question I have about the dash of the 33 P.C.. Mine had a large Oil Pressure gauge and a large Speedo.  I think it had a small Gas level and a small Amp gauge, or is it a small volt gauge?  answer if you know.  It did have a map light also.

I am not sure about the PC and PCXX (Plymouth 6 and Standard 6), but on the PD (DeLuxe 6) there is no lettering on the knobs or on the dash. You just have to know what they do. :)

I'm not sure if there was some labeling on the dash, but my guess would be no. The knobs in my '33 are pretty much original and I know there is no lettering on them. :o

1. Does anyone know if the dash knobs were labeled on the dash? For example, would the word "throttle" be printed on the dash above the knob? On my coupe it appears words were printed there and painted over.?

2. Also, is it correct for the throttle and choke knobs to have a "T" and "C" on them? respectively? I know reproduction knobs can be purchased with the "T" and "C" in raised letters on the knobs, but I wasn't sure if this is authentic for the 1933. Any help would be appreciated.
Thankyou,
Robert
