Thanks Tod Fitch. I made one from an old 7/32 quarter drive socket. Worked great!!!

It takes a special tool to unscrew the bezel without damaging things. I recall that a long while back there was someone on the P15-D24 forum that made the tool. I think it was a piece of tubing an end milled to create the tabs needed to fit in the indents you see on either side of the pull shaft.

 HELP. How do you remove this head light switch.
