I'm with Sebastiano on this one. It would be more cost effictive in the long run to have a new one made up. I have a junk one that could be used as a pattern and all the fittings and necks could be used from.

Try Gas Tank Renu (www.gastankrenu.com). they can take your old tank and build a new one using what's left of your old tank. I have seen work completed by a local dealer, Looper Service Center (www.loopersc.com) and it looked impressive.
