We've had 4.5 inches of rain here in Fort Collins, Colorado in the last 3 days after NADA since Jan 1.   Temp this morning was 34 F.   I guess there is over 12 inches of fresh snow about 25 miles immediately west of me in the mountains and about 180% of normal snow pack in the high country waiting to come rushing out.   I guess Arapaho Basin Ski Area is talking about having some skiing into July if things stay the course.

Here in Florida we are in draught conditions. Any extra rain you can spare would be appriciated.

My son and his family live in Oklahoma, he had told me the same thing, believe me, at this point in time, I wish I could send some rain to you guys.  We have had a very wet April and May

Like the heading says, we have had our share of rain since Saturday.  I took this photo of the Neversink Reservoir overflowing this morning around 7am.  The reservoir is about two miles west of our house and supplies water to NYC.  The run off from the dam goes to the Neversink River which ends up in the Delaware River and eventually ends up in the Chesapeake Bay.  Kinda neat when you think of it that way
