I wonder if I can get chains for my 17x5.25 tires... Someday I'd like to show up at an older ski area driving my '33, wearing 1930s vintage ski clothes and old wooden boards fitted with "bear trap" bindings. But the CHP has a habit of requiring chains for non-4x4 vehicles when the snow is good.

We got 10 inches in Eastern SD last night, think I'll go out and see how much snow I can get through. I do carry a tow strap just in case anybody else is foolish enough to be out there. lol

My 46 has witness markes from chaines on the inner rear fenders.  At this point I would wait till MAY.....

I think chains would be more appropriate with that amount of snow :)

There saying 18 to 22 inches of snow south of Chicago, I guess I'll need some real good 16x 6 inch snow tires for the 41, anyone got some?
