No, these pieces are simply for decoration purposes.
They are named "Door window garnish moulding ornaments", MoPar part number 905373.
Carefull with those items, they are plastic, and usually quite frail after all these years. Very hard to find solid replacements.

On the sides of the door on my 41 special delux there are plastic covers should they light up with the dome light?
