It should be a post-war Plymouth rear through the early fifties. Pre war hub and drum assemblies had a longer inner surface to the hub which sealed against the outer axle seal.

The inside diameter is 10 inch by 2 inch wide. The lug bolt threads are "right hand". The drum has a fresh turned facing. I would like $50.00 . If any one is interested, let me know or I am going to put it on ebay.
Thanks,

What diameter (inner) is it? If it is a 10 x 13/4, then I think it will fit any late forties to early fifties Dodge/Plymouth.

I have a rear brake drum that I would like to sell but I do not know what year vehicle it fits. I bought it thinking it would fit my '39 plymouth but the inner hub is not machined for the axle seal. Here is a picture of it. If anyone could help out, I would appreciate it.  http://home.comcast.net/~psshd/PICT0002.JPG
