These look like the accessory wire wheel hubcaps that were sold at the time.  Plymouth also offered a real wire wheel but the hubcaps were much less expensive.

Whats the deal with the Mopar wire wheels i have? Cant find any info on them at all.
I drive my car everyday, cause if I dont I could die tomarrow and never say I truely enjoyed my car.
