These items are "hen's teeth" - I know of several others who are looking for these items as well, without any success.  And several attempts at having them reproduced have all fallen through.  You might want to contact Ed Peterson, the club's 34 tech advisor.  He has a convertible and I don't know if he found any replacements or reproductions....

A friend has a '34 Plymouth PE Convertible Coupe that is very complete, except for regulators, glass and frames for the doors. This is the model where the windwings can be closed and cranked-down with the main door window.
I am helping to try to find these items. Does anyone have some-or-all of the items they would sell, or know a source for them? Has anyone been able to copy them from original pieces?
Are the regulators unique to this model, or will another year/model work?
