1950 Photo in D?sseldorf, Ply 49

Dear all,
  found this beautiful shot of "Ratinger Tor" site in a book "D?sseldorf in the 50ties". The Belgian driver will take the 90 degree 200 m curve on to the provisorial bridge across river rhine. Than he may proceed to Venlo / Netherlands and Antwerp or to Aachen and Brussels. Another  Temple of the 1814 built pair is on the immediate right of the bikes. The signs lead to Duisburg, Essen and Velbert at left and to the Rheinbr?cke and D?ssel?dorf Airport. In destroyed Post-War Germany, the bicycle owners too were rich people! The 1949 Ply may be assembled in antwerp
