You're doing a great job! Only one suggestion. Can you put the most recent posts at the top of the page? Thanks

Thanks for the update, as usual the boat sailed without me and the new board was a surprise.? I was looking for a place to change the entire board to a different layout, not the activities events sections,? Duh on me.? Both look good and either one is fine with me.? Thanks and sorry for the confusion on my part.

The Events board is under the top level

POC Discussion Board - look at the upper left side of the actual posting area and click on POC Discussion Board.

the Events sub-board is below the main board - you can also get there from the main Plymouthbulletin.com page

http://www.plymouthbulletin.com

select Events and click on the link for National Events

or click here

http://plymouthbulletin.com/smf/index.php?board=2.0

Please be advised - changing the style will not require re-registering - it is just like a slipcover for a seat - changes the over-all look and feel but everything else stays.

The only reason we lost the old board was that we had a bad experience with a supplier of service.  The board was not the only issue - the performance of the company that was running the old site was in question a number of times.  Changes to the look do not change anything else.

I have to say that my first impulse is to say stop mucking about with the board.? However as I cannot seem to see the events switchover test I wanted to ask for further claification about where it is so I can try it.? I am not against change but hate having to re- register every time a board changes it look.
So could you please clarify for old me where this events check is?? Thanks

I like the Events board better as the extra use of colour makes it easier to read.  I also love blue so that's a plus for me.

It is me again, I was playing around again and found that I can make this board look quite different.  I have changed the style of the Events board to reflect the other optional way of looking at things - I don't want to change just for change - I kind of like the alternate style - Please take a look at it and then answer this poll.

Go back to the top level and select the lower group Events - look at the layout - do you like it?  Try entering a post - it is a bit easier to read in my view.  No data changes - just the way it looks - kind of like a makeover.

If I should stop playing let me know.

I don't post under this very often - I usually were the POC-Admin handle.
