1941 hood latch bolts, radiator bolts, etc

I've decided to try and take my restoration up a level and get rid of the hardware store fasteners I used to get the car together.  Looking for correct bolts (lag screws?) for the hood latch under hood, the drivers side bracket that connects the core support to the catwalk and associated hardware, bolts to mount radiator. Only interested in original hardware.  If anyone has extras or partying out an original, let me know.
