With respect to your partial FedCo serial number, see: https://www.ply33.com/Misc/vin

With respect to manuals and parts books, etc. reprints of the parts book can be gotten from https://www.faxonautoliterature.com/ but I don't see a 1929 Plymouth instruction book. I think eBay and placing a want ad in the Plymouth Bulletin would be places to start for that.

There was a total redesign of pretty much everything when they went from the 1932 PB to the 1933 PC. Almost nothing is interchangeable. On the other hand, the same engineering team did the design so there were some similar ideas.

1934 was the first year for a factory service manual. Prior to that there was a lot of maintenance, repair and theory of operation information available in the "Instruction Book" (i.e. owner's manual) that came with the car. It would probably be more useful for you to see if you can find a 1929 Plymouth Instruction Book, either original or reprint.
