Hi Wm. After receiving a notification by email I checked in and to me it looks alright again. Not gone into any depth as yet but would be good if you could check in again.

FAO The Other DR. Z It would appear that I have 2 accounts, before the platform went down 3/4 yrs back I used TomP now as you can see I use twpoulter. Question is if there are threads under TomP could they be transferred to twpoulter

Thanks for what you do for us. Not sure if I am doing something wrong but I don't get notification, I tick the green box and it asks me are you sure, do you have any idea ?

This was always my preferred forum,
Some years ago, it was not well cared for and became deadly slow.
When it recovered soem yeras (!) later, we had lost 90 % of our regular users.
It was a pity!

SMF doesn't make many updates, this one is kind of long overdue. Unfortunately it had to be done manually, probably because I made a couple of mods to be PHP 7 compliant. The current version is good for php 7.4 and reportedly php 8.

Forum may go down now and then today as I install needed security and speed upgrades. I am about ¼ of the way in, this is a pretty rough task.

Update: took an hour of painstaking nasty manual labor but done now and seems to work. Report issues to me?
