The 34K would be about the going rate on a car in that condition. A 33 covt. in similar condition was on the Krause auction block over Memorial day weekend for 35K. The bottom line is that you could not go out and buy the body/ drivetrain and do the complete restoration for any less money. For me, buying a fine car like the one your asking about is just spending money. I think that most of us do it for the complete hobby aspect, which includes doing the restoration ourselves. You may spend the same or even more, but you know the in's and out's of the car, and have the satisfaction of haveing done it yourself.
