29U Clutch interchange question - will a 31PA clutch work?

Clutch Disc Assembly, part 391904, was used on models Q, U, 30-U, PA and PB.
Clutch cover and pressure plate assembly, part 317348, was used on models Q, U, 30-U, PA and PB.
Clutch Release Bearing Assembly, part 41208, was used on models, Q, U, and 30-U up to engine number U-258836.
Clutch Release Bearing Assembly, part 314381, was used on 30-U after engine number U-258836 use part number 314381 and on PA.
Clutch Release Bearing Assembly, part 388391, was used on PB.

So it looks like the pressure plate from a PA will work on a U but there is something different about the throwout bearing.

Does anyone know if a 1931 PA clutch (pressure plate and throw-out bearing) will fit and work properly on a 1929U?
