1938 Plymouth Jack

start with googling 1938 Plymouth jack and stand, there are some photos there that will give you a good idea, I have no idea if they are correct or not.  I will tell you that with having a 1940 Plymouth p10 business coupe for just under 30 years and still not the correct jack, they are like hen's teeth and VERY expensive
