1931 Plymouth- Can you identify this part?

I have a similar posting in the AACA forum.
I bought my 1931 PA 45 years ago. It had 42K miles on it . It was running and 99% original.  In the back seat area was the original DRT08 carb and air cleaner along with this piece.  It has stampings similar to the engine pans.  I thought it was a fuel pump shield. but they are different and my car did not have one per the Master parts book.  They came later. My motor serial is PA27620 . Heat shields came after motor 94463.

The Master parts book also lists a left, right and center engine pan.  I have the left and right .  Does anyone have a center pan?
