1955-56 Ply. Rear Wheel Brake Support Plate needed ASAP

Brake support #1404 983 needed for 11" brake shoes from a P27 (V8) or P26 (6cyl.) heavy duty # 1328-744.  My topr shoe adjustment bolt is sheared off.  My rig has to make it down an eight mile 7% grade this summer into Eagle, Alaska; no easy task with a two speed PF trans.  Brakes need to be as perfect as I can make them.  Anybody have a brake shoe centering tool I can rent?  Please help.
