I ended up with two tools used to collapes the rim, in order to remove the tire from the rim. I bought one from a gentleman here on the POC site and at the same time I ended up winning the bid on E-bay for one. I would like to get my money, or most of it back on one. $125.00 and I will pay the shipping. (Except out of country. I will share the shipping cost there)  It is a real good tool, all the hooks are good, cranks good, moves good, no cracks or wore out spots. I know it fits the 1929 model, I don't know what years are the same, as far as what this type rim fits. May even fit Model A's ? (Someone told me that where I bought it.)  Pictures attached.
