Champion W-18 & valve spring compressor

I don't know what engine this would be used in but have a W-18 thats never been used but has some surface rust and I am sure could be cleaned up and used just PM me and I will ask for mailing charge only.

I am learning mechanicals/collecting good parts from a P-12 engine (serial number is rusted off good block otherwise) and would like to know which style valve spring compressor or make/model I should buy for this 201 c.i., I do have two other same engines I may need to use this tool with depending on compression. I am thinking a valve spring tension measuring tool would be a good to have too. Any Suggestions? Thanks, Rich
