36 Ply

Summit Racing (they have a website) has 6v pos. ground rotary vane electric fuel pumps; I have installed one on my '36. You would need a fuel pressure regulator with this one, as it puts out about 6  1/2 psi unregulated. There is a discussion of electric fuel pumps on this forum,  check the search box.

I guess it makes no difference if + or minus grounded.
If it is a rotating motor, You may have to change + and - , if working direction is wrong.

I don?t know how reciprocating pumps work, but they have to have valves to give the working direction.
Should make no difference either, just change polarity.

This is a guess as I don?t know the construction of that particular pump.
If they offer it for + grounded, maybe You must insulate the body of the pump if inverting polarity is necessary,
With hoses at the end this would be easy, with tubes not so.

My electric fuel pump leaks. If I replace it does it matter if the replacement pump is Neg ground or positive ground? I see Model "A"s have a 6V Neg ground one available, but no positive ground ones...
OR, where would be a good place to find a 6V Positive ground electric fuel pump?  Thanks
