I agree with what bob has said , i don,t know what white post uses for resleeving but i would advise you to  get them done in stainless, any good automotive engineering shop should be able to do them . as for the parts needed to rebuild them , there is , oldmoparts.com,  robertsmotorparts.com , then-now.com , and if you have the parts # for what you need try partsvoice.com , and then there is always ebay . Google White Post Restorations, they resleeve both the wheel cylinders and master cylinders.  I had my Master cylinder resleeved by them around ten years ago, no complaints.

Instead of buying NOS, I would have them rebuild and resleeve the ones you have.

There is also a place on Long Island I think called Appke Hydraulics that does the same, I have never used them, but other people have
