Hope that you had luck with finding those parts.
If not, I have both the right and left panels in stock. Sorry, but can not sell simply the hold downs.

Check with Moore's Auto Salvage in Rapid City, South Dakota, they might have the complete assembly for each side of the hood.

Hi All

As a new member and owner of a 1940 P9 Plymouth i am having a question about the locks that holds the hood parts . i have a picture  of them ,
My problem is i miss one on each side,.... and with only 1 lock on each side the hoods are moving a bit during the ride and that is not very good for the paint etc ..  
Who can help me with those parts ?
