PA at Techno Classica Fair, Essen. Germany

Go, tell me how cold it is. Only 3C (38F) in the garage in the morgning. Not very tempty to go in. (mine is not heated).
When I was at Essen the Buick club was present with 8 beautifull restored cars. They had a 55 for sale for 8000 euro. I wish I had some spare money in my pocket then. This car looked very good restored.
I gess the US-spirit has been blown away from the classics with gass prices so high as the are now, 1.40 euro per liter. If you have a big block even a drive to the supermarket is expencive.

Dear Edwin,
only some dozend cars from the 50ies ands 60ies were exposed.
Prices rise, for a 1963 Pontiac 4dr sedan, complete, worn interior, rusted chrome, all sheet metal with paint peeling, no comment on technikal conditions,  they asked 7500,- ? as "unrestored original" instead of "Restauration Object"  .
Beautiful High- End cars were on display, Duesenberg, Cord, etc. 
Paraphernalia, parts (less US) and tools were good.
For now it stays cool here in western Europe, so Oldie driving was only possible 3 times this year. Wishing for better weather!

I'm sorry but I was unable to visit the techno.
Too busy I gess. I do not need parts or material however. How big was the US-section? Lat time I visited it was only one hall.

1932 PA shown

Yesterday I was  visiting our annual ?Techno Classica? Oldtimer  Fair at Essen Gruga Fairgrounds. This fair marks the beginning of the season and is the most important Oldie event in Germany. Essen is 20 Minutes from D?sseldorf and 30 Min from the dutch border.
There I saw a Plymouth PA 1932 for sale. It has one tag ?antique automobile club of America National 1st prize winner Nov. 1989? , another same but ?Minnesota region?, and a third one  ?National Plymouth Spring Meet first in Class- best of show Des Moines, Iowa, June 1989? from our Club. Very beautiful car!

Has a Dutch license plate , no price tag shown by the dealer. It is nice to see POC traces here in Germany
