Thanks for all the great information all!
The "newer" Plymouths are not really my bag, but when I saw this beauty I could not help myself. (Gotta keep my eyes out of the classified adds!) So, I guess I better think about building a bigger garage!
Driving the Duster takes me back to the days that these cars were everyday cars. The loose steering, air and road noise, and the great feeling of quick power to the rear wheels is a blast from the past.
Already missing Spring and Summer days.....

My wife owned a black vinyl/dark metallic brown '71 Dart when we got married in 1973. It was the flagship of our fleet of 9 cars; the rest were mainly refugees from the boneyard. After 37 years of wedded bliss, we are down to 4 vehicles.

In addition to being the name applied to the replacement for the barracuda (when it joined the charger on a different platform) The duster name was also applied to the TC3/tourismo, the volare, and the sundance.  But it was based on the Valiant platform when originally introduced in 69 as the 2 door sport version of the Valiant.  Just as Demon was modified Dart.

Lindsay, I just emailed you a link to the POC store that has a list of all bulletins available, there were some mention the the Dusters and Valients.  I have also attached two photos of my 1972 Duster Twister that I bought brand new in Nov of 1971 in Topeka, Kansas,  now that is one car I wish I still had

Question of the day is this. Does anyone know what issue (or issues) of the Plymouth Bulletin was dedicated to the Plymouth Duster? Or, should I be looking for this information under Plymouth "Valiant"?
Hence the reason for my asking. Seems that as far as titling this vehicle, my State (Pennsylvania) does not recognize "Duster", nor does my insurance company (State Farm). Need to know why, and while I'm at it, any other neat information about these cars (I just aquired one).
I'm looking specifically for the 1975 model, but, if that is not a published year, then any of the models from 1970 thru 1976.
Thought that this may be something that someone could look up on their "Disc" of all the issues. I only have the hardback series, and I only have back to issue #185 in 1990.
Just a shot in the dark.
