1954 Plymouth owners manual

I have the shop manual and several other resources at hand..but for reasons of vanity I wanted an owners manual in the glove box...and it may be that I am expecting to much wanting an "as produced" features within the cover of the owners manual.  I will try to call the man you referenced.  Thanks

Fellow to talk to on owners manuals is Andy Weimann, 16 Cottage St., Harwinton, CT 06791.   (tell him I sent you....)  He has the biggest collection of Plymouth literature and can tell you if there was more than one printing of the owners manual.  I would guess the Civil Defense markings on the radio probably didn't make the owners manual but I would guess the automatic transmission did -- or perhaps there was a secondary book tossed in the glovebox for cars equipped with the automatic.  You'd probably be a lot better off getting a shop manual......

Looks to be..except this particular booklet was printed by Costal Offset Preparation Inc.  I noticed the 1953 Publication date and thus I suppose is the very first publication..I would hate to think that this was the only manual for the entire years production due to the omissions I stated earlier..so would still like to know if any 54 owner out there who still has an original owners manual that came with their later production series with big 6 and auto plus a couple other options..

Did the manual change to reflect these appoitments?

Ok..bought a reproduction owners manual for the 54 Plymouth big big disappointment...Nowhere in the manual did it refer to clock instructions, nor the automatic transmission, the optional 230 cu in engine.  Neither did it make reference to the correct radio for the 1954 model as it has the Civil Defense frequencies marked on the dial.  There was also no mention to the power brakes.  In short, this manual does not in accurately apply to my 1954 Plymouth Savoy Club Coupe.  There could be even more errors but these were the most obvious.  Twice I have made inquiry to the seller..there has been zero response to either e-mails..so in my opinion his satisfaction guarantee means just this "he is satisfied with my money and guaranteeing I will not get it back".

So I guess my question to eveyone is this, did they print a second late production owner's manual?
