Does your car have a rubber pad between the steering gear and the frame?    If so, you might consider
replacing that while you're at it.  Bernbaum sells them.   Several folks have replaced those and thought it
helped the steering some.     If you don't have that......please ignore this post.   ;D

If you can't find a reamer, maybe you could take it to a good machine shop in your area.

A king pin reamer will have a pilot guide bushing and a long shaft so that you can keep the bores aligned between the two bushing. Not sure you can keep that alignment if you use a hone to size each bushing.

When I did this many years ago I was able to find an adjustable king pin reamer from a local industrial tool supply company. Taking it a little at a time on the adjustment until it was set to the correct size on the first bushing and then the other three were a piece of cake. If you can't find the correct reamer or an adjustable one from a source for new tools then take a look at eBay for a used one. Or if you have a Plymouth club region near you, see if there is a tool loan program from that region.

I seem to run into road blocks each time I get into the workshop and start on this Plymouth front end.  The steering box and tie-rod ends are now clean, painted and assembled.  Tried to install the new king pins today and was not able to get them in without forcing them.  The new kingpins measure .7945.  The book says the bushings should be reamed to .7960, that would be .0015 larger than the king pin.  The bushings measure .7920 installed in the steering knuckle.  I looked at several web sites that sell hand reamers and they have .7812 (25/32) and .7968 (13/16) but nothing in between.  My choice would be .795  What do people do in this case, maybe us a small cylinder hone?

The book also says the play between the Knuckle and the knuckle support should be .003 - .005, I would think .001 would be more than enough,  anyone done this..?
