I don't think the '35 had a 3.7 rear end, only the 4.125. You'd have to swap out a rear end from a different year.

Is there anyone out there who has a 1935 plymouth diferential with a 3.7:1 ratio that is willing to sell.  I would be most interested
in buying it.  My present car rev's much  too  high in 3rd gear and makes for unpleasant  cruising along the highway.
