I have a 40 Ply P-9 Roadking and my lighter knob is tan and matches all the other knobs.

Where the lighters knobs the same as the dash knobs on the '40 Plymouths"

The scan shows that they may have been, but mine is chrome, although it is very possible it was changed before I got the car in '88
