I think it is Antique Auto Cellar that has a non-stock replacement.  I've seen stock ones  on Ebay.  jim

Need a new Pinion seal for my 30. Original part number is 43123. This is for the Q, U, and 30U up to number 1559672. It is 4 7/8" outside diameter with 6 bolts and an
inner seal of 1 1/2"

Any suggestions would be helpful.
