Nice Picture of Beilstein / Mosel river.

As far as the scooter goes, it looks more like a golf cart for a foursome.  I wouldn't drive that at rush hour on the Washington DC Beltway.

Since the 50ies Piaggio, italian Airplain builder, makes Vespa (wasp) Scooter and Ape (bee) mini trucks.
This one kis new and for hire at Beilstein. Overstyled for my taste, even woodie decoration...
