The 40-48 tanks are the same number.

According to my Hollander exchange only 1949 thru 1952 interchange, the Suburban or Sedan Dilivery will also not fit.

Can anyone tell me if the gas tank from a 1950 4 door Special Delux will work on a 1947 4 door special Delux.
