Re-chromed Bumper Guards

A couple of years ago, I purchased on EBay what was advertised as a pair of rechomed bumper guards for my '52.? I never opened the package until today as I am finishing up (finally !) the restoration of my blue/gray Belvedere.

The guards that I purchased are not for a '52 Plymouth.? I can make out the DPCD mark on the guards, plus a part number on one of them that is 1A12308 - L, and a partial number on the other that is 1A1230(?) - R.

Can anyone tell me what these are for by those numbers ?? Any help would be appreciated as I need to identify them to re-sell on EBay.

That will teach me to open a package immediately upon receipt !
