help please identify this car part photo

16" x 1.5",   someone thought it was for 55 plymouth belvedere but I cant see that on any pictures of 55 belvederes.
I am confident it is a "forward look" Chrysler part.  thanks for your time and help.  Know anyplace I can go on internet with the parts numbers listed  and identified for each year of forward look parts?
