Slow Car Cruise to Carhenge 16 Aug 2008

CANCELLED due to adverse weather conditions.  I am sorry, but due to hail and thunderstorms predicted all weekend I have decided that it is best for all interested parties that the trip be cancelled.  An enjoyable Saturday it will not be to drive over 6 hours one-way to slop around in a muddy cow pasture.  The trip is not being rescheduled.

A slow car cruise (50 mph) is being coordinated for Saturday, 16 August 2008. We will be leaving the Conoco Country Store, 3733 E Mulberry St, Fort Collins CO, @ 8:00 AM with an expected arrival at Carhenge around 3:00 PM.? Carhenge is about 220 miles from Fort Collins.

Please bring a dish to pass and picnic supplies as we will be having a potluck picnic lunch at Carhenge.? Cell phones, FRS/GMRS two-way radios, and even CBs may come in handy to keep the group together and to chat along the way.
