Help modeling a 1934 Plymouth

Hi Peter - your posting to Mark Olson was forwarded to me, regarding the model of the PF Convertible model that was manufactured by Pyro back in the late 60's/early 70's.  The model was later re-released by Lindberg.  First - there never was such a thing as a PF convertible.  When these models were originally brought out, the company modeled a sedan that belonged to a gentleman from the east coast.  After the sedan model was released, they decided to do a convertible model and again chose a PF model.  Plymouth only built convertibles in the PE (Deluxe) series, which had much different trim than the PF series. 

At any rate, the models show up on eBay every so often -sometimes bringing some pretty fair money for a not totally accurate model.

For the popularity of the 1934 Plymouth's, I've always been puzzled as to why some model company doesn't make a decent model of this car!

Having recently re-started my old hobby of model making, I am now researching details of the '1934 Plymouth PF Convertible'. The classification is the manufacturers, not my own! The model is that produced by Pyro in 1967.

I would like to build the model to the correct manufacturers colours. Can you please help? Is there an American Website which will contain original vehicle specifications?

Any help/guidance you can give would be much appreciated.
