it is true.. 
Hero is not who spends everything in a moment but who spends the whole life day for day for an ideal or for his family... 
I have dedicated a book to my country in memory of my parents and what they has done. 
it is the life of many that the history of a country makes not the moment of few... 
It needs to speak of this. 
We cannot protect what we don't  love and we cannot love what we don't know.

I'd like to see this in the Plymouth Bulletin too.? A member of my family lost $ 50,000 on that bleak day. He said it took him until 1946 to pay off his debts and get back on his feet financially.? The company he later worked for supplied him with cars to use, he had a new Plymouth in 34, 35, 37, 39, 41, and 42. All were business coupes. He liked the 41 the best.

My parents were products of the depression.? We didn?t always have a lot, but our table was always full of food and open to any visitors that stopped by.? ?My parents are gone now but they left behind in me a feeling for what they lived through.? WW1, followed by the Great Depression, followed by WW2, not to mention the 60?s?, O my?

I think it is easier to know were you are going if you know where you came from.? ?I think that is the lesson that history continues to teach us but sometimes I don?t think we always get the message.

In the story of Bonnie & Clyde that is romanticized by the times.., this is not the true story.? ?The true story is about the majority of people like your family member that sucked it up and laid down a legacy of family value and accomplishment.? ?Hopefully we can learn from the latter.

Melissa and I struck out on a 38 mile drive through the back roads between Sterling and Leesburg Virginia.? It is October 20, 2007 but it felt like October 20, 1929.? Who would have known that in just one more week the worst financial disaster of the time would be upon us.

On Thursday October 24,1929 a record 12.9 million shares traded and the ticker tape fell behind one and a half hours. On Black Tuesday October 29,1929, a new record of 16.4 million shares were traded and the ticker tape fell behind by two and a half hours! On Monday, the stock market suffered a record one-day loss of around 13 percent. On Black Tuesday, the market suffered another loss of about 12 percent.? The Great Depression was upon us.?



But for today it was nothing but Blue Skies.? Melissa & I felt like Bonnie & Clyde out for an afternoon ride.? Who could have known what was about to happen which would send us into a life of crime.? ?The good news was that we turned back onto paved road and alas back to 2007.
