Well, we went to that Show in Carthage.? About 420 cars registered.? Weather was pretty much perfect.

Lots of nice vehicles of all makes.? Only two P15s......mine and a stock appearing coupe with chevy v8 from Nixa, MO.
Nothing else in the 50s Plyms - was a late 30s Plym street rod with no hood.?

My personal favorite of the bunch was this super sharp 47 Dodge D24 business coupe with a Hemi.
From Bolivar, MO.

Just in case anyone is in the southwest Missouri area, including Kansas, Oklahoma and Arkansas......the Carthage Maple Leaf car show
will be held on the grounds just south of the Vietnamese church school.? Just east of the intersection of Grand and Fairview streets.
REgistration until noon.? Entry fee is only $10 at the gate.? On a nice weather day there is usually a turnout of around 600 cars or
more.? ?That's a real good show for this area.? I have attended for the past several years and always enjoy it.? Often am the only
46-48 Plymouth P15 there.? ?I called to invite a fellow from Kimberling City, MO who owns a nice 48 coupe.....he said he will try to
come, so maybe will be at least two this time.? There is another P15 convertible in the area, but haven't checked lately to see if the
body and paint work is completed.? Just passing this on for what it's worth.
