1940 Plymouth Clock

Congratulations on a rare find.  You will need a special glove box door for the clock.  If you'll send me your e-mail address, I will scan a photo of a clock in the door and send to you.....

A few questions about the clock:

1. It mounts in the glovebox door, correct?
2. Did the car come from the factory with the clock in the door or did the dealer have to cut the door and install the clock?
3. Does anyone have a photo of the installed clock?

I came across a clock for the '40.? I bought it because it was a good deal. I have never seen one before and might not ever see one again. However, the glovebox door on my '40 Deluxe doesn't have a hole in it. Any information would be appreciated.
