it is a coupe.  the reason I call it a coupe/roadster is that the vinyl piece on the rook will be open for my open air enjoyment.  kinda like a roadster.  anyway looking at a 31 plymouht for hours at a recent car show from what I can tell the windsheild frames are the same.  I even had s person tell le that its a plymouth coupe because he had one and he knows.  Even though the orignal title I have ot the car makes it a 31 dodge.  anyway  If I can't finsd a windsheild frame I am just going ot set the glass in there and it won't be able to swing forward like the originall.  I like the way the orignal looks and would like to swing it open.

WHOA!  First things first.  Don't assume Plymouth and Dodge are the same.  At that stage of the game, Dodge had been in the Chrysler family for just going on 4 years.  With a 3-4 year lead time for new models, its quite possible the windshield frames are totally different.  Maybe not.  Now I notice in your list of cars owned you call the car a coupe/roadster.  What body style do you have?  A coupe is totally different from a roadster.  A coupe is an enclosed body style - one seat - 2/3 passengers, metal roof, roll up windows.  A roadster is an open car (like a convertible) - roadsters did not have roll up windows (convertibles did).  In addition the roadster windshield folded forward onto the cowl while the coupe windshield sat in fixed posts although the windshield frame itself could swing open for ventilation (or on some cars of that era, the windshield lifted vertically an inch or two for ventilation).  You'll need to post a lot more information about what you really have before anyone can even measure their car to see if the windshields would be the same......sorry to sound like a wet blanket but the more info you give, the better chance you have of someone being able to help you....
