Any POC members going to Tulsa next year?

The Tulsa Region has a block of rooms at the Doubletree Hotel in downtown Tulsa.? This is located just across the street from the Convention Center where the 1957 Plymouth events will take place.? There is a sky bridge between the hotel and the Convention Center for easy access.

The dates we have rooms blocked are:? Thursday, June 14th; Friday, June 15th and Saturday, June 16th.

As of this date, 37 of the 50 rooms have been reserved.? Once we reach the limit of 50 blocked rooms, the Doubletree will add more rooms to our block providing they are still available.? Due to the interest in this event, we suggest you book now!

There are 6 or 7 members going to Tulsa from the Dairyland region.  Perhaps we can meet some people in person that we have just read their words.  Doubletree phone numbers: (918) 587-8000, (800) 222-TREE.  They might be full as they only set aside 50 rooms.  I have information provided to us by Tulsa on Dairyland's web page.  (Look under Events 2007)

I'm hoping to make the trip in my '50 from Idaho...  I've got lots to do with the car to make the trip, it's about 1600 miles...  one way. :o  Hoping to have an interior by then among other little things.

Sounds like I'd better get a reservation at the Double Tree...  Anyone got the phone number handy?

I have canceled my rooms at the Red roof in and got the reservation for the rooms at the Double Tree Hotel .
Found out that thats the place to be.... ;D

I will be attending and staying with the Prowler Club at Embassy Suites.  We have booked a block of 100 rooms and have used them all.

I am going and has reservated room at the Red roof in motel in Tulsa.
Would have been fun to meet any POC members........ ;D
