196 Cubic Inch engine block water leak at exhaust valve port #2 cylinder

I fixed it. I welded the hole using a piece of 11 gauge steel. It took more than 3 attempts to fix before I put it back together. I ended up using JB Weld which is rated for up to 550 degrees F.  I smeared the JB Weld all over the welded parts. I'm amazed at how much rust is in the cooling portion inside the block and head. I cleaned the rust out the best I could. After getting it back together the engine no longer is spraying water out the exhaust when its running.

Hay folks I have a question. Can this be fixed? Take a look at the videos. The leak is at the number 2 cylinder exhaust valve port.
